You are a highly self-motivated professional with a passion for client service and strategic program management. Reporting to the Executive Vice President, the Key Account Manager plays a critical role in managing the full lifecycle of WPIC’s client programs, overseeing project execution, and ensuring successful outcomes. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at relationship management, and are comfortable working directly with client executives, including CEO’s, to align business objectives and drive client success.
Highlights of What You’ll Do
Act as the primary point of contact between the organization and our client for onboarding, ongoing communications, and strategic planning of programs and projects.
Identify opportunities and develop roadmaps to drive client success and business growth.
Educate clients on WPIC’s full-service offerings and introduce new developments to expand the scope of services continually.
Develop and implement processes to streamline recurring activities and improve efficiency.
Manage client’s expectations, scope of work, and a portfolio of work packages through to completion.
Effectively communicate with internal, external, and globally distributed teams to meet deadlines.
Track project KPIs, maintain project control documents, and provide timely and accurate status reports.
Partner with the operations team to support business objectives, strategic development, and client relationship management.
Collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless client experience.
Support client programs in full, including product scoping, new client onboarding support, and program management.
What You’ll Bring Along
Must-Haves:
5-7 years of experience in program management, client services, marketing strategy, branding, e-commerce management, and/or business consulting.
Strong background in client service work, marketing strategy, go-to-market planning, e-commerce, or brand management.
Ability to communicate with culturally diverse teams and clients.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal, external, and geographically dispersed resources.
Aptitude for adopting digital tools and implementing process improvements.
Results-driven mindset with experience delivering operational and strategic programs that meet or exceed objectives.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in a client-facing environment.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience in an agency or professional services environment.
Background in managing an e-commerce programs.
