We are a leading home services and construction company dedicated to delivering top-notch renovations and interior design services. We're currently implementing a cutting-edge construction estimating system and looking for a talented individual to join our team.
Position: Junior Estimator & Interior Design Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of our new construction estimating software.
- Learn and understand various construction methods to accurately input data.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless integration of the software into our operations.
- Provide support in creating customized estimates and interactive proposals.
- Work closely with our interior design team, contributing creative ideas and solutions.
- Potential to transition into a full-time Interior Designer role upon successful implementation of the system.
Requirements:
- Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of digital tools and software including knowledge of Sketchup required. Additionally, knowledge of 20/20 an asset.
- Familiarity with construction methods and terminology.
- Graduate or current student in Interior Design is highly preferred.
- Experience in construction estimating techniques is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
