We specialize in premium entry systems crafted for luxury homes and commercial projects across Ontario. We are currently looking to expand our installation team with a motivated Junior Door Installer.
Job Description
As a Junior Door Installer, you will assist in the delivery and installation of high-end custom wood doors throughout Ontario. You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment and must be comfortable working outdoors year-round. This is a physically demanding role that requires strength, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation of custom wood entry doors at client sites across Ontario
- Safely transport doors and materials to job sites using company vehicles
- Work with senior installers and follow detailed installation procedures
- Ensure job sites are clean and work is completed to company standards
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Travel throughout Ontario as needed
- Work outdoors in all seasons
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of installation or construction experience (preferably doors/windows)
- Valid G Class Ontario Driver’s Licence (required)
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
- Willing to travel throughout Ontario regularly
- Safety certifications (e.g., Working at Heights) are an asset
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 40–60 hours/week
Every other Saturday required
Communication in English required
Compensation:
- $24.00 to $27.00 /hour depending on experience.
- Overtime pay for hours beyond 44/week
