Summary
As an Automotive Service Advisor at Bean Chevrolet Buick GMC Ltd., you will be the vital link between our customers and the service department. Your role will involve understanding customer needs, providing expert advice on vehicle maintenance and repairs, and ensuring a seamless service experience that aligns with our commitment to quality.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs promptly.
- Provide detailed information on services offered and recommend appropriate maintenance or repairs.
- Manage customer expectations regarding service timelines and costs.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and timely completion of services.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the service process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history.
Requirements
- Mechanical knowledge related to automotive systems and repairs.
- Proven experience in customer service
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Proficient with technology
- G Driver's License

Hours: 10 am - 7 pm Monday- Thursday. 9 am - 6 pm Friday.
You would be required to work 1 in 4 Saturdays from 8-4 but after working Saturday you would be off the following Friday in lieu.

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
