We are looking for a self-motivated Service Advisor for a fast paced automotive maintenance and repair shop that has been going strong in Edmonton for over 65 years. Experience as a service advisor and/or a broad knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair is a must.
Requirements:
- Automotive Service Advisor experience or mechanical background.
- Proactive consultation with customers from initial contact to completion of their vehicle.
- Ability to prepare clear and concise estimates in a timely manner.
- Procure parts from multiple sources.
- Schedule and document customer repair and maintenance services.
