The Wood Automotive Group, one of Alberta's largest automobile retailers for 42 years, is offering an exciting opportunity for a Jr. Service Advisor to join the team at Okotoks Ford Lincoln!
About the Jr. Service Advisor position: Reporting to the Service Manager, the successful candidate will be highly motivated, enthusiastic, will demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to total customer loyalty and follow up!
Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Greet incoming customers and generate work orders as per repair order.
- Ascertain method of payment from Customer.
- Check vehicle for applicable warranty.
- Follow proper paper procedure for service department.
- Answer phones and give information as required.
- Contact Customers and resolve complaints as required.
- Liaise with service personnel for daily shop carry over.
- Notify Customer when vehicle is ready.
- Review invoices with Customer at time of pickup.
Hours:
- Tuesdays to Saturdays
- Rotational hours: 7 am to 4 pm, 8 am to 5 pm, and 9 am to 6 pm
Qualifications:
- Excellent organization and interpersonal skills
- Experience in handling multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Valid AB driver’s license and a clean & current driver’s abstract
- PBS Systems familiarity is an asset
