Jr. Administrative Support
(Maternity Leave Contract)
Reporting to the Office Manager, in this position the candidate will provide general administrative and accounting support, by performing tasks such as the following and not limited to:
Key accountabilities:
1. Preparing quotations & letters for Sales Representatives
2. Answering phones, directing incoming calls
3. Perform clerical duties such as opening mail, preparing courier, filing, scanning
4. Entering cheques / EFT/ Credit Cards to customer accounts
5. Matching up accounts payable cheque runs
6. Vacation relief to accounts receivable and service dispatch positions
7. Updating customer database to keep accurate information
8. Various other clerical requirements
Requirements:
Must be fluent in English, excellent communication and telephone skills
Reliable attendance is required
Office experience required
Ability to prioritize workload and manage time efficiently
Strong keyboarding skills and familiarity with computer applications such as word/excel
