We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in designated areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, break rooms, and common areas by restocking supplies and ensuring hygiene standards are met.
- Clean windows, walls, and other surfaces as needed to ensure a pristine environment.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards.
- Report any repairs or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel promptly.
- Follow established procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to ensure safety.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Good physical stamina with the ability to lift and move items as necessary.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and maintaining a clean work environment.

Pay: $16.00-$17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
