Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems, including spray and rotor heads, valves, timers, piping, and drip lines
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with pressure, flow, coverage, wiring, and valves
- Perform spring start-ups, fall blowouts, and seasonal adjustments
- Program irrigation controllers (Hunter, Rain Bird, Hydrawise, etc.)
- Work with PVC, poly, and drip irrigation tubing
- Provide clear communication with clients and complete job documentation
- Maintain tools, vehicles, and materials in organized condition
- Follow company safety procedures and policies
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in irrigation system installation and maintenance
- Strong understanding of residential and commercial irrigation layouts
- Experience using diagnostic tools and multimeters
- Familiar with Hunter, Rain Bird, and other major brands
- Ability to read site plans and zone diagrams
- Valid G Class Driver’s License with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various outdoor conditions
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Punctual, responsible, and detail-oriented
Assets (Not Mandatory)
- Irrigation Certification (IIABC, CLIA, or equivalent)
- Experience with drainage systems or landscape lighting
- Bilingual (English + other language)
- Experience using Jobber or similar service apps
