We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Irrigation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in irrigation systems, landscape maintenance, and horticulture. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing irrigation systems. Experience Is required.
Responsibilities
- Install and maintain irrigation systems, ensuring proper functionality and efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections of irrigation systems to identify issues and perform necessary repairs.
- Utilize excavators and hand tools for installation and maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with landscape maintenance teams to integrate irrigation solutions effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including repairs, installations, and maintenance schedules.
Requirements
- Proven experience in irrigation installation and maintenance is preferred.
- Knowledge of gardening, horticulture, and landscape maintenance practices.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various outdoor environments.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy materials when necessary.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
