- Coach and mentor your team with the guidance and support of your leader.
- Review client data entries, invoicing and coverage selection for compliance
- Ensuring your teams client activities are dealt with effectively
- Work with Account Executives to quote and cross sell products to new clients to contribute to the growth of the business
- Monitor lead management for the entire team to ensure the experience the customers are receiving is exceptional.
- Role modeling expected behaviors by reaching out to customers when required, placing complex risks and other behaviors that contribute to a strong and successful team.
- Remain up to date on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance providers
- Continue self-development through industry and community involvement, training and other courses
- General Insurance Level 2 License and priviate auto insurance experience mandatory
- History of modeling the way when implementing initiatives and best practices
- Strong time-management and training skills in a deadline driven environment
- Involvement in industry related associations and your community
- Professional communication etiquette, both written and verbal
- Dedicated home office w/ reliable internet connection
