What You’ll Do
- Lead clinical operations and uphold evidence-based standards of care.
- Mentor and supervise up to 3–4 junior SLPs under CASLPO mentorship guidelines.
- Perform assessments, create treatment plans, and deliver therapy for children and adults.
- Review documentation (assessment reports, progress notes) to ensure consistency and quality.
- Collaborate with leadership on process improvements and service expansion.

What We’re Looking For
- CASLPO registration in good standing.
- 3+ years of independent practice (private practice or outpatient preferred).
- Experience supervising or mentoring is an asset.
- Comfort with both pediatric and adult caseloads; virtual care experience is a plus.
