About the Role
At Truck Parts Solutions, we're a dedicated team transforming the heavy-duty truck parts industry. We’re looking for a Development Team Lead who will play a critical role in mentoring our development team while leading the charge in building, improving, and maintaining our state-of-the-art web platform. Your expertise will not only shape our technical landscape but also directly impact businesses worldwide, enabling them to operate more efficiently and achieve their goals.
What You’ll Do
- Lead & Mentor the Development Team – Guide and coach 4 developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a collaborative environment where developers can grow.
- Oversee Daily Progress – Ensure the development team is meeting milestones, managing workloads, and delivering quality work.
- Own Special Projects – Lead the design, development, and delivery of high-priority or innovative projects, acting as the primary technical decision-maker.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager – Coordinate timelines, resources, and priorities to keep initiatives on schedule.
- Contribute Hands-On Development – While leading, remain hands-on in coding and problem-solving to model best practices.
- Maintain Code Quality – Uphold and enforce high coding standards, documentation, and best practices across the team.
Required Skills
(Must-Haves)
- 5+ years in full-stack development, with leadership or mentorship experience.
- Strong background with C#, .NET, SQL, MVC, ASP.NET.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS (responsive design), SOLR, and Git.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team while contributing technically.
- Skilled at task delegation, progress tracking, and conflict resolution.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; able to work closely with non-technical stakeholders.
(Nice-to-Haves)
- Experience with SQL administration or system profiling.
- Familiarity with system administration or DevOps practices.
- Prior experience delivering web applications as a lead.

Compensation
- Salary offered is starting at $100,000 - $135,000. Salary is open for negotiation based on experience, education and training, and overall fit for the role.
- Employees receive extended benefits, and health spending.
