Overview
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in painting and finishing industrial products, ensuring high-quality standards are met. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As an Industrial Painter, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the durability and appearance of our products.

Duties /Key Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces for painting by removing rust, old paint, and other contaminants through sandblasting, cleaning, and sanding.

Apply various types of industrial coatings, including paints, primers, and sealants, using techniques like spraying, brushing, or rolling.

Maintain sandblasting equipment and other painting tools, ensuring they are in good working order and properly cleaned.

Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations related to sandblasting, painting, and working at heights.

Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications.

Identify and address issues related to paint, sandblasting, or surface preparation.

Work collaboratively with other team members

Communicate effectively with supervisors, and team members to ensure clear understanding of project requirements.

Skills and Qualifications:

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in industrial painting and sandblasting is highly desired.

Proficiency in operating sandblasting equipment, painting tools, and various coating application techniques.

Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations related to industrial painting and sandblasting.

Ability to work at heights, lift and carry materials.

Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential for collaborating with team members .

Ability to pay close attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.

Working Conditions:

The job may require some physical exertion, including climbing, lifting, and working in potentially hazardous environments.

Sandblasting and painting operations can create noise, requiring the use of hearing protection.

Industrial environments may expose workers to dust, fumes, and extreme temperatures.

Some painting and sandblasting tasks may require working at heights, requiring the use of safety equipment and procedures.
