- Communicate regularly with students, parents, and staff regarding student performance and classroom activities.
- Stay current with educational trends and best practices to enhance instructional strategies.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously improve teaching skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students and colleagues.
- Ability to create an inclusive classroom environment that accommodates diverse learning styles.
- Experience in lesson planning and curriculum development is a plus.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and tools to enhance instruction is desirable.
