So what’s this role all about?
- Serving our Customers
- Building custom hoses
- Section and equipment maintenance
- Inventory Control
- Developing relationships with our Hydraulics customers that include:
- Trouble shooting problems
- System and component layouts
- Customer call back program
- Mailing list
- Continuing to build product knowledge within the category and the team as a whole
- Participate in meetings, business plans, and resolving issues
- Participate in training (both learning and assist in teaching)
- Learn and be able to cover other store roles to better serve our Customers
- Be aware of sales and expenses (both targets and results)
- Follow all company safety procedures

- Always willing to go above and beyond for our Customers
- Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
- Takes initiative and wants to help us grow
- Loves being part of a team
- Hardworking and dedicated to helping achieve our goals
- French/English bilingualism will be considered an asset
- Able to work weekdays, evenings and/or weekends
- Must be willing to complete Princess Auto’s hydraulic Level I training in Winnipeg, at the company’s expense.
- Willingness to learn other store roles and assist when necessary
