Your Mission
As HR Manager, you’ll be a key driver in shaping the people and culture side of our business. You’ll help us recruit top talent, build efficient systems, support career development, and keep our team engaged, productive, and proud to work at Futurescape.
What You’ll Do
Talent Acquisition & Hiring
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies
- Source, interview, and onboard top candidates
- Keep our bench strong and future-focused
Onboarding & Training
- Lead effective onboarding for all new hires
- Create role-specific training for safety, equipment use, and task execution
- Build a structured training plan to help employees level up
Performance & Leadership Development
- Build and manage a performance review system
- Work with teams to identify production barriers and report to management
- Create succession plans and leadership development tracks
Compensation & Benefits
- Research and recommend competitive wage structures
- Oversee benefits programs and employee perks
Culture & Engagement
- Celebrate team wins, birthdays, and milestones
