We are looking for a skilled Hotel Maintenance to keep our property in excellent condition. The ideal candidate will have experience in general repairs and facility upkeep to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for guests.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other hotel systems.
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and facilities to ensure safety and functionality.
- Respond to guest maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
- Work with management to implement preventive maintenance programs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in maintenance, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
