We are looking to hire an enthusiastic, fun and positive host/retail associate to join our taproom team for a full-time position. Our goal is to create a fun, relaxed space where people can get together to enjoy themselves, our wacky atmosphere, and the great beer that our brewers work hard to create and produce!
Duties Include:
· Greeting and seating customers
· Running food to guests and doing quality checks
· Busing, cleaning, and resetting tables
· Managing a floor plan, waiting list, and communicating with guests who are waiting
· Answering phone calls and text inquiries
· Placing to-go orders and ringing in retail
· Stocking, sanitizing, maintaining restroom and taproom cleanliness
- All hosts will be paid hourly, and are also tipped out weekly
Qualification Requirements:
· 1+ years of hosting experience preferred & smart serve required
· *MUST* have a passion for craft beer, be able to demonstrate beer knowledge, and have an enthusiasm for hospitality
· *MUST* be available to work nights, weekends, & holidays
· Ability to work well within a team
· Strong communication and problem solving skills
· Ability to multitask, focus and complete tasks in an efficient manner
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.20 per hour
