We are looking for talented and driven hosts and bussers to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere, as well as ensuring our guests receive excellent service throughout their dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests and providing a warm welcome upon arrival
- Seating guests at their tables and providing menus
- Assisting servers in delivering food and beverages to tables
- Clearing and cleaning tables and tableware
- Responding promptly to guests' requests and inquiries
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining room
- Answering phones and making reservations
- Ensuring the smooth flow of guests through the restaurant
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a host and/or busser in a high-end restaurant (one year minimum)
- A working knowledge of guest reservation software (e.g. OpenTable)
- A positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
