About the Role:
We’re looking for a hockey or tennis enthusiast who wants to bring their love of the game into a career in sports technology. If you’ve spent time on the court, the rink, or follow the sport closely, you’ll feel right at home in our team. While prior digital marketing experience is a plus, what matters most is your passion for sports and your curiosity to learn.
In this role, you’ll get hands-on experience supporting our digital marketing efforts — including learning to manage Amazon Seller Central, keeping product listings up to date, creating engaging content, and assisting with advertising campaigns. We’ll provide the training and mentorship you need to grow your marketing skills while you bring your energy and sports knowledge to help connect with athletes worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Amazon & E-commerce Management:
- Manage and optimize our Amazon storefront, including updating product listings, enhancing images, writing product copy, and improving SEO.
- Assist in creating and running Amazon ad campaigns, tracking performance, and making data-driven adjustments.
- Support product content creation and updates on Shopify, AliExpress, and other e-commerce platforms.
Customer & B2B Relations:
- Respond to customer inquiries across Amazon, email, and other channels, ensuring professional, prompt, and solution-focused communication.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our B2B wholesale partners.
Digital Marketing Support:
- Assist the broader marketing team with content creation, campaign coordination, and product launches.
- Help monitor and report on digital marketing performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Enthusiasm for hockey or tennis — whether as a casual player or avid fan
- Strong communication skills, especially for client and customer support.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
