About the Role:
As a Team Member reporting to the Store Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of our retail experience. Whether you’re helping a young player pick their first stick or advising a seasoned skater on performance gear, you’ll create memorable interactions while building lasting relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

What We’re Looking For:
- Customer Service Experience: Previous retail or customer-facing experience is an asset.
- Hockey Enthusiast: You love the game and can speak confidently about equipment, skates, and playing styles.
- Strong Communicator: Clear verbal and written communication with strong organizational skills.
- Reliable & Trustworthy: A team player with a high level of integrity and accountability.
- Bonus Points: Experience with hockey retail, skate sharpening, or goalie equipment is a strong asset.
Job Requirements:
- Able to lift boxes weighing 5–30 lbs
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends
- Flexible and open to a variety of store duties
- Background in hockey (playing, coaching, or retail) preferred
