Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Operator to join our team in the food processing industry. This position requires mechanical knowledge and experience in meat cutting, fabrication, and sanitation processes.
Duties
- Operate and monitor food processing equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Perform meat cutting and fabrication tasks according to company standards.
- Package finished products efficiently while maintaining quality control.
- Sanitate work areas and equipment regularly to comply with food safety regulations.
- Conduct routine maintenance on machinery, identifying any mechanical issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain a safe working environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of all employees.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in food processing or meat cutting, is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
