We’re Hiring: Heavy Equipment Operator

We’re looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our excavation team. If you’re confident on the controls, safety-focused, and ready to move earth with precision, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate excavators, bulldozers, loaders, graders, trenchers, and more
- Perform site prep, trenching, grading, digging, and backfilling
- Conduct daily inspections and basic equipment maintenance
- Follow all safety procedures and report hazards
- Communicate with supervisors and crew to meet project goals
- Assist with site setup, cleanup, and equipment transport
- Complete equipment logs and paperwork accurately
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of heavy equipment operating experience in construction or excavation
- Proficient with multiple types of equipment and safe operating practices
- Ability to read blueprints, site plans, and follow specs
- Valid driver’s license required
- Strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail
- Safety-first mindset
Preferred Certifications:
- OSHA Safety Certification
- Heavy Equipment Operator Certification
- First Aid & CPR
