Body Repair Technician
Maxim Truck & Trailer is looking for a Level 3 or 4 Body Repair Technician to join the Collision team!
The Body Repair Technician assesses and repairs heavy-duty truck bodies to ensure customer satisfaction and profits for Maxim while working as a member of a team, while working in a state of the art body shop environment.
HOURS:
- Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Assess Damages based on estimate
- Complete tear down’s on trucks
- Assess if additional parts and labor are required
- Perform repairs to Maxim standards as per estimate
- Assembly and clean up trucks once paint is completed
Qualifications
- Level 3 or 4 Apprentice to Journeyman designation with their Red Seal or similar experience
- Interest in continually upgrading skills and knowledge in trade
- Ability/willingness to complete I-CAR and MOPIA (air conditioning) certification
