We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and are looking for someone to join our rotational shifts which include a combination of days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and on-call responsibilities.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Drive and operate (on/offload) a heavy deck truck to transport a variety of vehicles and equipment in a safe, professional, timely, and supportive manner.
  • Conduct self in a polite and considerate manner in all interactions with customers, dispatchers, and others.

  • Enter accurate charges for services rendered via the towing application for invoicing purposes.
  • Complete paperwork as necessary to fulfill customer and company requirements.
  • Comply with all company directions, policies, rules, regulations, and practices when entering third-party property.
  • Abide by municipal, provincial, and federal laws and regulations, and maintain a clean driving record.
  • Maintain company vehicles and any equipment by providing all routine maintenance including washing, topping up fluid levels, and keeping the interior clean and tidy; and ensure that general maintenance such as oil changes and repairs are completed as necessary.
  • Immediately notify the company of any damage, operational failure or signs of operational failure concerning the company vehicle and any equipment.
  • Maintain personal appearance and uniforms in compliance with company policies and practices.
  • Be ready and available for duty when shifts start, and for the entirety of the shift.
  • Attend meetings as requested for job and safety information.
  • Attend training and achieve professional certification as directed by management.
  • Assist in keeping the storage compound clean and orderly and adhere to procedures when dropping off or picking up.
  • Perform other job-related duties as requested.

Competencies Required

  • Must hold and maintain a minimum Saskatchewan Class 3A driver’s license.
  • At least two (2) years of heavy hauling or commercial driving experience is preferred.
  • Friendly attitude with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Mechanical aptitude with a passion for heavy vehicles and equipment.
  • Ability to solve problems by analyzing situations and applying critical thinking skills.
  • Physically capable of lifting, bending, climbing, and kneeling.
  • Neat and tidy in appearance.
  • Comfort using various web and phone applications.
  • Willingness and ability to stay calm under pressure and manage high-stress situations.
  • Ability to diffuse and resolve conflict in a professional manner.
  • Self-starter mindset and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Commitment to environmental compliance and safe work practices.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic, often high-pressure environments, enjoys working independently, and takes pride in helping others during stressful situations.

If you have the technical expertise, strong work ethic, and mindset to provide specialized heavy-duty services while upholding safety and customer service standards, we encourage you to apply.
