We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Health and Safety Administrator to provide critical administrative support to Brock Canada’s Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) programs. This role is integral to ensuring compliance, maintaining accurate safety records, and supporting effective communication across our HSEQ team.

SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES::
- Maintain accurate and confidential safety records, both digital and hard copy, ensuring quick retrieval when needed.
- Compile safety data and assist with preparing various compliance and performance reports.
- Organize, maintain, and digitize safety files and records.
- Present a positive and professional image of the organization when interacting with employees, clients/customers, and stakeholders.
- Assist with administrative tasks as required by the Safety Coordinators and Leadership.
- Locate filed materials upon request.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS::
Education & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Health and Safety Administration (HSA) designation preferred.
- Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
