Position Overview:

Compugen is seeking a Hardware Deployment Technician with iPhone and iPad experience. This is for a 2 -3 month contract working on site.

Key Responsibilities:

You must be capable of troubleshooting issues that arise with hardware and the Windows OS, as all refresh-related tickets will be directed to them.

• Experience: At least 3 years of experience working as an IT Technician, preferably with a background in hardware deployments.
• Work Schedule: Able to commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with iPads, laptops, and iPhones.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure all devices are correctly set up and functioning.
• Communication Skills: Ability to work effectively with team members and report any issues promptly.
• Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills to assist clients during deployment.
• Background Check: Must have completed a comprehensive criminal background check.
• Previous experience in hardware deployment or IT support.
