We are seeking an Installation Technician to join our team at Mole Hardware Inc. This role is crucial for ensuring the proper installation of our hardware products, contributing to the overall satisfaction of our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installation techniques and a passion for delivering high-quality workmanship.
Responsibilities
- Install various hardware products according to specifications and blueprints.
- Ensure all installations meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Perform necessary adjustments and repairs during installation processes.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Provide exceptional customer service during installations.
- Teach and provide the guidence to customers about the installation of hardware fittings
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware installation issues for customers
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Installation Technician or similar role.
- Strong ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving hardware installation issues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team with good time management skills.
- Proficient in using both power tools and hand tools
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and has a strong sense of customer service
- Driving ability is a plus; candidates with their own tools or vehicle will be given priority
