Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of various facilities, ensuring they are in good working condition.
Duties
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, dry wall, plastering
- Inspect facilities to identify issues and address them promptly.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Ensure all maintenance work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Skills
- Proven experience as a Handy Man/ superintendent or similar role.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Knowledge of basic carpentry,
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
