The Job
As a Guest Service Representative & Night Auditor, you will be responsible for the day and evening operations of the Front Desk department while ensuring guests are feeling valued, comfortable, cared for and exceeding all their needs with your passion for hospitality and dedication for providing amazing service.
This is a part-time position that will require you to work shifts during the day and overnight shift during the week. The ideai candidate must be available to work a 3pm - 11pm shift on Mondays and the 11pm - 7am shift on Thursdays. Other shifts will be scheduled as needed.
What You'll Do
- Warmly greet guests as they arrive, making each feel personally welcomed
- Manage the entire check-in and check-out process efficiently and accurately
- Anticipate opportunities to surprise and delight guests, turning routine moments into memorable experiences
- Collaborate seamlessly with housekeeping, maintenance, and other teams to ensure every detail enhances guest satisfaction
- Handle inquiries and resolve concerns with empathy and professionalism, always aiming to leave guests feeling valued and cared for
- Assist with guest requests for local recommendations, events, or transportation, acting as a knowledgeable concierge resource
- Reconcile daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy across all revenue streams
- Prepare and submit detailed audit reports for management review
- Verify and balance guest accounts, resolving billing discrepancies efficiently and professionally
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out as needed during overnight hours
- Serve as the overnight steward, ensuring guests feel secure, comfortable, and well cared for throughout the night.
