Job Title: Back Shop AttendantLocation: National Pines Golf Club – Innisfil, OntarioStart Date: September 1 to October 31, 2025 (approximately)
Position Summary
As a Back Shop Attendant, you are committed to delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a seamless golf experience for members and guests. You play an important role in supporting day-to-day golf operations by caring for equipment, assisting members, and maintaining an organized and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.
- Attend to power carts by cleaning, charging, staging, and ensuring they are well-maintained and ready for use.
- Handle members’ clubs and carts with care and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized driving range, including collecting and washing range balls.
- Oversee the bag drop area, providing prompt assistance with clubs and bags.
- Keep the back shop area clean, organized, and professional at all times.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures for golf operations.
- Uphold the highest level of service to enhance the overall member and guest experience.
Qualifications & Skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and organization.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with a positive attitude.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
- Previous golf course or hospitality experience is an asset but not required.
