Ton travail en tant que Gestionnaire:
- S'assurer du bon fonctionnement du site
- S'assurer de la production des repas et du service traiteur
- Les achats des matières premières
- Voir à la rentabilité financière de l’unité dans le respect des différents standards de LSA; QA, SST, Environnements, RH, etc.
- Être la personne-ressource au quotidien pour l’équipe en place et pour les clients contractuels
- L’atteinte des objectifs financiers
- Le contrôle des coûts (nourriture, mono-usage, main d’œuvre / taux de productivité…)
- La supervision des employés(es) et des horaires de travail.
En plus, pas besoin d'apporter ton lunch, tu manges sur notre bras !

Horaire : Du lundi au vendredi, de 6h30 à 14h30

Your work as a Chef Manager:
- The production and smooth running of the site
- The production of meals and catering services
- The purchase of raw materials
- See to the financial profitability of the unit while respecting the different standards of LSA; QA, SST, Environment, HR, etc.
- Be the daily resource person for the team in place and for the contractual clients
- Achieving financial objectives
- Cost control (food, single use, labor / productivity rate...)
- Supervision of employees and work schedules.
In addition, no need to bring your lunch, it's on us!
Type of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:00pm or 6:30am to 2:30pm
