Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable General Receptionist to join our team. In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for answering phones, taking messages, handling basic input tasks, and providing general office support.
Duties
- Answer incoming phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff
- Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery of those messages
- Input invoices into our system accurately and efficiently
- Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and document management
- Receive and process customer payments
- Maintain organized records of payments and invoices
- Perform light office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience is an asset
- Basic computer skills (typing, email, and simple data entry)
- Friendly and professional communication skills
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Dependable, punctual, and able to manage tasks responsibly
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
