You will use your expertise to:
- Manage all facets of your location.
- Mentoring and coaching your team to drive towards excellence for your customers.
- Work closely with upper management to ensure quality and standards are being upheld.
- Provide evidence-based input on current state issues and proactive forecasting, to the development and updating of location goals.
- Develop unique ways to drive sales through events, community activities and local marketing campaigns.
- Providing best-in-class customer service while handling concerns and issues.
- Drive location Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
- Continually assisting with employee engagement and career development planning.
- Being a leader for brand ambassadors of Evolve Strength.
Do you have what it takes?
Must-haves (minimum requirements)
- Passion for Health and Wellness.
- College Diploma or Equivalent
- 3+ years of management experience.
- 3+ years of corporate experience.
- Desire to grow and continuously improve.
- Prior experience recruiting, onboarding, and developing new team members
- Demonstrated analytical skills, logical process thinking and excellent decision-making skills while utilizing a balanced approach.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a self-directed manner with minimal guidance and supervision.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the development and implementation of continuous improvement strategies and tools.
- Previous customer service, and sales experience.
- Basic knowledge of the following professions: Massage therapy, Chiropractic, Athletic Therapy, Physiotherapy, Personal Training.
