Overview
We are seeking a skilled general laborer to join our dynamic team. The position may include spray painting so experience is a plus. The ideal will have machine shop experience and will also be responsible for shipping and receiving, operating a band saw along with other shop duties.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an industrial painter or similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing practices is a plus.
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand machinery operations is essential.
- Experience with machining processes is advantageous but not required.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual productivity.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
