Responsibilities

- Paint walls, repair drywall, and perform minor renovations.
- Respond promptly to service requests from clients or management.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Skills
- Proficient in basic plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
