About the Role
Newfore Inc. is seeking an experienced General Contractor to partner with us on a Subcontractor basis for ongoing residential and commercial renovation projects in Hamilton and surrounding areas.
We’re looking for someone with a strong reputation in the industry, proven leadership on job sites, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time and on budget. This is not an employee role, it’s a trade partnership.
What We’re Looking For
- Established experience as a General Contractor in renovations and construction
- A track record of reliability and professionalism in the industry
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial renovation practices
- Ability to lead and coordinate trades on-site with efficiency and respect
- Clear and professional communication with our Project Managers and clients
- A vehicle, valid licensing, and required tools/equipment
What You’ll Do
- Oversee and execute subcontracted renovation projects with excellence
- Ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met
- Maintain safe, organized, and professional job sites
- Work collaboratively with Newfore’s leadership and project management team
- Provide trade expertise and insight to ensure projects run smoothly
