About the Role
We’re expanding our Contractor Connect team to strengthen customer relationships and project support. You’ll be the go-to partner for contractors—supporting Account Managers, managing projects start to finish, and helping customers with product selection, order fulfillment, and project planning.
What You’ll Do
- Be a secondary contact for key accounts and support sales strategies.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of smaller accounts.
- Prepare, issue, and follow up on quotes in collaboration with Account Managers.
- Perform basic to intermediate estimating, including blueprint reading.
- Stay on top of market trends, competitor activity, and new products—share insights with sales leadership.
- Collaborate with Yard Supervisors and Store Managers to forecast inventory needs.
- Drive sales through proactive customer touchpoints and outstanding service.
- 2+ years in contractor desk, sales, or building supply experience.
- Knowledge of construction, estimating, or warehouse operations (asset).
- Strong product knowledge and computer skills (BisTrack/Microsoft Office).
- Positive, solution-focused, and customer-first mindset.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and team-oriented.
- Valid driver’s license.
