We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, slicing, and measuring.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace.
- Follow all food safety protocols to ensure the health and safety of our guests.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
- Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Help maintain equipment and kitchen tools in good working condition.
- Participate in training new kitchen staff on food handling procedures and best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation or cooking within a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for food handling.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A passion for the culinary arts and a desire to learn and grow within the food industry.

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
