Burlington Academy of Music is looking for a full time music school admin (37.5 hours per week). No music education or experience is required. We prefer someone with experience in restaurants, hospitality, hotels, catering, banking, medical, any fast paced and hard working customer experience.
We are looking for someone that loves people and kids, and is dedicated to doing their best at their job. It doesn't hurt if you love to listen to music, but you do not need to be able to play it : )

- Hours are Monday - Friday from 12:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. and occasional weekend days.
JOB DUTIES:
- Answering phones (We're looking for the GOLDEN VOICE, that sounds amazing on the phone with a great tone and excitement for our customers. If anyone has told you that your voice should be on the radio, we're looking for you).
- Registering students
- Processing paperwork
- Cleaning
- Communicating with teachers, staff and clients.
- Interacting with the families
Ideal qualifications and experience:
- Restaurant, Hospitality, Hotels, any experience having to deal with intense customer service.
- Phone customer support
- Bank teller
- Medical office
- Salon
- Any experience with a lot of face to face interaction with the public.

- Great memory (forgetful types need not apply)
- Good with Microsoft office, Google products, and social media
- Great phone skills
- Ability to work alone
- Ability to multi task and keep up with lots of details
- Manage a fast paced environment
Pay: starting at $19 per hour, health benefits after 3 months employed, and bonuses when milestones are achieved.
