Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Counter Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and a keen ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As a Counter Attendant, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive experience for our customers by assisting with food preparation, handling transactions, and maintaining cleanliness in the service area.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and offer food samples willingly.
- Take orders and process payments accurately.
- Prepare food items and drinks safely and efficiently.
- Manage mobile orders and package take-out orders by fallowing receipts.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the counter area, all surfaces, and kitchen equipment.
While you are working at the front counter, you are a part of Kung Pao Wok team that works together to provide an excellent costumer experience.
Requirements
- 6+ months experience required.
- Previous experience in customer service or food handling is preferred.
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in food preparation areas.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
