What we do
We outsource accounting departments for service-based businesses between $2mm and
$15mm in revenue. While we handle the day-to-day bookkeeping and controllership function for our clients, we stand apart through our:
- Data visualization
- Deep dive into financial analytics and insights
- Prioritization of critical issues
- Translation of “accounting speak” into entrepreneurial language, making it
understandable and actionable for the entrepreneur.
Who you are
You are the right fit for the team if all of these points resonate with you:
● You are a master at your bookkeeping craft, you have 3+ years of Full Cycle Canadian bookkeeping experience, amazing attention to detail, can work well under pressure, meeting and sometimes exceed those tight deadlines
● You love implementing and working with cloud-based accounting software such as QBO, Dext, Plooto, PayEdge, etc.
● You love being part of a high-performance team and working closely with other accounting professionals and clients.
● You work well within established processes and procedures but are not afraid to speak up if something isn’t working.

We offer uncapped time off, allowing you to recharge as needed. Our starting wage for a Level one bookkeeper is $50,000.00 a year as you work your way up the three levels, you have the opportunity to make up to $75,000.00 a year as a Level three bookkeeper. All bookkeepers start at level one.
