Soma Chocolatemaker is looking for FT Seasonal BOH Production Assistant at our Distillery Location. Work within a small dynamic passionate team to make award-winning bean to bar chocolate and gelato.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to increase their knowledge, learn techniques and gain experience in chocolate/bakery/gelato production.

Position Details:
- 1 FT Seasonal from August to December 2025
Duties:
- Assisting with making chocolate and confections
Requirements:
- A passion to learn about the chocolate
- Experience in a kitchen or bakery setting is mandatory. Experience in a chocolate setting is an asset but not mandatory
- Pastry and baking experience is mandatory
- Detail-oriented and consistent
- Able to understand and speak English
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Able to lift a minimum of 20kg
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Able to work legally in Canada (work visa or permanent resident)
Wage: Competitive hourly
