ZUBU Ramen Metrotown is looking for a reliable and experienced BOH Shift Supervisor to join our full-time kitchen team. If you’re passionate about food, thrive in a busy environment, and have a talent for leadership, this is your opportunity to grow with us.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 years of experience working in a commercial kitchen
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills and a hands-on leadership style
- Prepare and maintain the quality of all food items on the menu
- Oversee BOH team during shifts and delegate tasks effectively
- Handle inventory management and place orders as needed
- Assist with scheduling and training of kitchen staff
- Maintain daily operations and ensure cleanliness and efficiency in the kitchen
- Training Period: $17.85/hour
- Post-Training: Competitive wage based on experience and performance
