We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front of House Shift Leader to lead our team in delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management and hospitality, with a passion for customer service and team development. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front of house operations, ensuring efficient service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage and train front of house staff, fostering a positive team environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Monitor food preparation and presentation standards to ensure quality control.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Manage cash handling procedures, including processing payments and balancing cash registers.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience.
Skills
- Proven experience in restaurant management or similar roles within the food industry.
- Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on hospitality and guest relations.
- Knowledge of bartending practices and food preparation techniques is advantageous.
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and financial transactions.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on interpersonal interactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
