Reporting to the General Manager within the establishment, this position provides operational leadership to a team of foodservice associates.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Train, coach and supervise team members.
- Establishes and maintains effective communication and working relationships with fellow Management Team and establishment team members.
- Develop and maintain team members schedules.
- Assists with managing the establishment's financials
- Manage inventory and labour costs in addition to running the floor during operational business hours.
- Manage all aspects of cash handling, policies and procedures.
- Ensure Dining Room standards are maintained.
- Implements and leads compliance company policy and procedures, Health & Safety Standards..
- Assists team members in service when needed during any hours.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Good knowledge of computerized spreadsheets and word processing programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to interact with fellow team members and guests in a mature and professional manner.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Confident, organized and able to handle multiple tasks.
- Smart Serve Safe trained.
- Knowledgeable of health and safety legislations.
- Ability to be passionate about managing Guests and Staff.

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
