We’re looking for a Front of House Manager who is not only a strong leader but also a hands-on team player, ready to roll up their sleeves and work alongside our staff.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead, train, and inspire the FOH team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Work hands-on alongside the team, stepping in where needed to support smooth daily operations.
- Foster a positive, team-focused workplace culture.
- Ensure high standards of service across both dining and bar operations.
- Handle guest inquiries and group reservations with professionalism and care.
- Collaborate closely with the BOH team for seamless communication and service.
- Take initiative, work independently, and provide regular updates to ownership.
- Uphold compliance with health, safety, and company standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 3 years of FOH management experience in a fine-dining or high-end hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Hands-on bartending skills and strong beverage knowledge.
- A well-organized approach to both operations and administration.
- Initiative and creativity in improving service and operations.
- Ability to remain calm, resourceful, and solution-focused under pressure.
- Experience with Toast POS, OpenTable, and Marketman is an asset.
