Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients with check-in/check-out procedures
- Answer phone calls, book appointments, and manage the schedule using Jane App
- Process insurance claims and direct billing, especially through Telus Health
- Assist with WSIB and MVA patient documentation and communication
- Coordinate with physiotherapists, massage therapists, and osteopaths to support smooth clinic operations
- Maintain organized patient records and administrative files
- General administrative support and basic clinical assistance as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a physiotherapy or medical clinic is required
- Proficiency with Jane App and Telus Health billing platforms is a strong asset
- Experience handling WSIB and MVA cases is preferred
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and support both admin and clinical teams
