The successful candidate will be responsible for administrative and patient care functions within a dynamic team environment.
Duties
Customer service including answering phones, client scheduling, and payment processing;
Client care including set ups for Physiotherapy interventions;
Liaise between client and Physiotherapist;
Maintaining client files, including photocopying documentation and assembling chart packages;
Maintaining an organized clinic
Qualifications
Exceptional customer service skills;
Strong time management and organizational skills;
Critical thinking;
Computer skills;
Excellent communication skills;
Ability to work within a busy team environment;
Ability to take direction
